After graduating from West Chester University with her BS in Public Health, Maddie entered the workforce just as the global pandemic changed the way we work forever. During her collegiate career, she focused on the impact of stress on our physiology and psychology and created strategies and programs to prevent mental and physical illness as well as burnout. This foundational understanding of well-being continues to bleed into her work today.
As a consultant, Maddie takes a bespoke approach, curating innovative strategies and processes to help her clients stand out in their respective industries. She is solution-oriented (you'll never walk away from a call without a detailed action plan) and community-driven (she believes that to run a successful business, you need a strong and nurtured community. All of her solutions are ideated through this lens). She loves diving into all things wellness, writing and creativity, and when she’s not trying to keep up with her two (not-so-little anymore!) kids, Alix taps into her latest hobby obsession to juice up her creativity. You can find her in her downtime diving headfirst into new cookbooks, playing with fresh flowers, exploring Pittsburgh with her husband, and hitting "add to cart" to more pretty journals and good pens than any one person needs in a lifetime. Grace John is a graphic designer from Memphis, TN. She graduated from the University of Memphis in 2020 with her BFA in Graphic Design & immediately began working as a design associate at AutoZone HQ.
After two and a half years at AutoZone, Grace decided to leave corporate America behind to start her own business. Now she helps small woman owned businesses - like yours - create the brands, websites, and other digital marketing assets needed to take their businesses to the next level.
On a more personal note, Grace is inspired by the aesthetics of Wes Anderson, Aubrey Beardsley, and Chappell Roane’s Creative Director, Ramisha Sattar.
