Our Work is Legacy Work
Before long, her VA business was the busiest it had ever been. Then, unfortunately, tragedy struck. Maddie suddenly and unexpectedly lost her younger brother TJ as she was growing her fledgling business and working 40+ hour weeks. In that twist of fate, Maddie HAD to learn to outsource. It was the only choice, to outsource or to let her clients down, as she grieved and supported her family in such a dark time. Overnight, she had no energy to do anything, and needed to learn how to delegate.
She needed another her, to do some of the doing. And she realized in that time:
we all need more time to do the things we love with the people we love.
Before that time together is pushed aside for that big launch or the next deadline.
Before we get to the end of a road and wonder, where did the time go? Why did I spend so much time doing things that drain my energy?

Our agency was first started by CEO Maddie out of necessity. She graduated college amid a global pandemic, when no one was hiring. But she quickly learned that the backend operations of small businesses play a huge part in a brand’s success and she savored learning how entrepreneurs’ brains work.
