THE DREAMER

The Dreamer is our signature VA + OBM package for founders who are needing day-to-day support from a strategic team! The Dreamer has three base options for VA support: 10 hours/month, 15 hours/month, or 20 hours/month. Clients that enroll in The Dreamer are able to use their purchased VA hours on ANY listed service categories (outlined below under The Do-er) each month. What makes the Dreamer truly special, however, is the strategic support of an OBM. Every client that enrolls in The Dreamer is connected with an OBM who leads the charge on the strategic planning in the client's business. Our OBMs schedule, create the agendas for, and facilitate all team meetings as well as project manage all tasks/deliverables in Asana to ensure that we are meeting our clients' goals + deadlines. The Dreamer includes (2) 1-hour meetings per month: 1 meeting with you + the OBM for strategic planning + business consulting and 1 meeting with you, your VA, and OBM to plan + review project deliverables.

The Dreamer is built for the founder who wants to be the visionary of their brand, but not the project + team manager behind it. The ideal client for The Dreamer loves to dream up new ideas for their brand, but doesn't love mapping out how to make that dream come to fruition. The Dreamer is the perfect option for you if you want to throw a new idea out to your dedicated VA + OBM team and have all of the logistics handled for you. You don't want to figure out what needs to be delegated in order for the idea to come to life. You don't want to figure out the strategy needed to hit your goals. You want a team that can provide the strategy, accountability, and execution for any dream you conjure up.

When you enroll in The Dreamer, you are added into a Slack channel + Asana project that is shared between you, your OBM, and your VA. Within the first week of your package, you will attend a 90-minute kick-off call with your OBM + VA. During this kick-off call, your team will do a deep dive into your needs as a founder, the needs of your business, and the goals you want to accomplish during our work together. Following the kick-off call, your OBM will map out a plan of action in Asana for the team to ensure that we are hitting the goals you have set. Every month thereafter, you will meet with your team twice per month (as outlined above). Your OBM will schedule + facilitate all meetings as well as outline all goals + project deliverables on your behalf in Asana. Your VA will be your main point-of-contact in Slack and will be working diligently on any task assigned in Asana by your OBM. You won't have to lift a finger when it comes to taking action on your goals! You have a team who's able to consult on the strategy to make your dream come to life AND implement on all of the action steps necessary to make the dream reality.

THE DREAMER INCLUSIONS

10, 15, or 20 hours/month of support from a dedicated VA (depending on which base option you choose) ! You can use these hours on ANY listed service categories (outlined below under The Do-er) each month

Monthly support from a dedicated OBM who will schedule, plan, and facilitate monthly meetings as well as outline all project deliverables + tasks in Asana on your behalf

The Do-er is perfect for the founder who just doesn't have enough time + energy in the day to get everything that needs to be completed done. Clients who enroll in The Do-er love having a support person to check tasks off of their list and appreciate having a VA that can complete tasks more efficiently and expertly than they could.

When you enroll in The Do-er, you are added into a Slack channel + Asana project that is shared between you and your VA. Within the first week of your package, you will attend a 30-minute kick-off call between you and your VA. This call is the time to get better acquainted with each other as well as a time for your VA to gain an understanding of your needs as a founder + the goals you have for your business. After your kick-off call, you and your VA will meet on a weekly basis for 30-minutes to discuss project feedback + new task planning.
