OUR OBM SERVICES
Your OBM will improve, create, and manage the systems and processes that need to be in place in your businesses to ensure collaborative flow and ease. These systems and processes will also help to organize and streamline the tasks and workload in your business. Examples of systems and processes that could be created, improved, and managed:
+ Creation of an onboarding and offboarding process
+ Development of standard operating procedures
+ Optimization of your project management technology and daily tasks
+Development of training and hiring procedures for new team members
+Streamlining of internal communication and meeting efficiencies
Your OBM will create a strategy for your upcoming launch and will support you in implementing the launch strategy. This can include (but is not limited to):
+ Creating/updating sales pages on Kajabi
+ Creating social media content to support the launch
+ Creating and managing a lead tracker
+ Writing and scheduling email campaigns
Your OBM will support you in managing your clients to ensure client satisfaction.
This can include, but is not limited to:
+ Updating and creating client onboarding and offboarding systems
+ Updating your client journey
+ Tracking client progress in your courses
+ Responding to client emails and messages
+ Sending out client invoices and contracts
+ Scheduling client appointments
Your OBM will manage all upcoming projects.
This can include, but is not limited to:
+ Mapping out upcoming projects and associated tasks in a project
management system
+ Creating SOPs and tutorials to support project completion
+ Delegating tasks to the appropriate team members
+ Leading intermittent project meetings and recording meeting minutes
+ Alerting the CEO to any project timeline, goal or budget risks during the execution phase of the project
Your OBM will support you in managing your current team so that you can
step into your role as CEO. This can include, but is not limited to:
+ Creating job descriptions and applications
+ Conducting interviews
+ Sending offer and declination emails to candidates
+ Responding to team Slacks/emails
+ Overseeing your team's project management system
+ Conducting a team member analysis
+ Creating team meeting agendas and facilitating team meetings

Hi! I’m Caitlyn. With a bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, I first began my career in a marketing agency. I quickly grew into the agency’s operations manager and worked to manage all the moving parts of every client account within the agency, before choosing to shift to becoming an Online Business Manager. I absolutely love helping businesses find ways to operate more smoothly and efficiently, and setting up processes that allow everyone to be able to focus on what matters most.
