Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on the project! Creating one worksheet in Canva vs. designing a course for you is obviously going to change how much time we need to complete the project. The one thing we can guarantee: our VAs will respond to your support ticket within 24-48 business hours with an estimated timeline for the project.
In The Lounge, our first available VA with the capacity + skillset to complete your task/project will respond to your support ticket. If you'd like to guarantee the VA you work with, you can enroll in one of our VA retainers!
The hourly rate for our VAs in The Lounge is $60/hour. Before all new projects, we will send you an invoice for a deposit ($60) where you are required to save your card for auto-payment. The card you have on file with us will be automatically charged for the total project price (based off of total hours worked) after you've given final approval on the project deliverables. Before the VA delivers you the project assets, we will charge your card and then assets will be delivered.
We encourage you to watch the tutorial video above or in your welcome email (upon registration) for instructions on how to utilize the Slack channel for support! Our Slack channel isn't just a space to submit support tickets for our VA staff. It is also a place to connect, collaborate, and receive feedback from Maddie and your fellow founders in The Lounge. We encourage you to actively engage in the Slack channel because the more effort you put in, the more you get out of the space!
Absolutely! All of the founders in The Lounge get first dibs on Dreamer availability. Should you need ongoing support, we will simply dis-enroll you from The Lounge and re-enroll you in a retainer contract. Just message Maddie on Slack if you'd like to transition into a retainer and she will get you all set up!
