MINDSET & POSITIVE CHANGE CONSULTANCY AND COACHING IS WORKING TO MOTIVATE 500,000 WOMEN TO HAVE DEEPER CONNECTIONS TO SELF AND THE RESOURCES TO LIVE LIFE INTENTIONALLY.
As a researcher in the field of psychology and behavior change, Dr. Lauren Hodge’s experience implementing strategies for change help to set her apart from many coaches and mindset practitioners. Yet it was Lauren’s own personal battle with burnout years ago that fuels her passion for helping individuals identify their core values and goals and live intentionally today. She has developed a coaching program informed by social, behavioral, and neuroscience research to help people suffering from chronic stress to forge a path to greater fulfillment.
At Mindset & Positive Change Consultancy and Coaching, Lauren uses applied research, proven methods, and and individual focus to support her clients to engage in cognitive, behavioral and somatic strategies that optimize their mental and physical health.
When we first met with Lauren, her time and energy was being zapped with tasks like updating her website, nurturing her current client list and consistently creating and writing up social media posts.
She was struggling build the relationships with her ideal audience of women going through life transitions, wanting to build self care habits, and ready to take action. But the sheer planning and time needed to expand her reach was draining her energy, and making it hard to show up fully. Lauren was having difficulty:
- consistently putting out content for followers
- maintaining her brand presence and voice
- expanding her business through launching a podcast and course
By taking over of her backend processes over the last 10 months, Lauren has been able to get back to her zone of genius and has accomplished:
- successfully launching her podcast across Spotify and Apple Podcasts
- creating and launching her course Flow, with three different approaches to appeal to her clients: group coaching, one-on-one coaching, and a self-paced version
- growing her audience by over 25%
Together, we are currently working on exposing her course more effectively to the public.
HOW WE DID IT
Lauren’s first priority was to more effectively communicate with her leads and nurture current clients through social media content and engagement, so we initially created a streamlined and cohesive on-brand social media schedule to engage and grow her social accounts on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
From there, we focused on expanding Lauren’s reach with the business community local to her by curating a list of businesses in her area, researched their employee wellbeing programs, and cold-pitched to human resources with a flyer and email campaign.
Since her podcast launch was an important initiative as well, we supported that launch with creating cover art and providing all the behind the scenes support (like audio editing, show notes, repurposing content, and a promotional email series)
